LAB explores the intersection of digital fabrication and natural systems. Using Rhino 3D, I designed large-scale 3D-printed structures, which were draped directly on the body to form sculptural garments. For the runway presentation, seeds, plants, and fungal organisms were cultivated onto the surface
s, allowing organic growth to interact with the synthetic base.
In a sub-series of the project, different mycelia were grown on polyamide textiles to explore how living systems can merge with fabric. The mycelium adapted well to the material, enabling controlled growth in patterns and shapes.
