'Mascarade' is my MA graduation collection at IFM.
My collection aims to take hold of feminine dress codes in a way that overplays femininity, and engages in a form of "gender performance" or "masquerade".
It initiates a reflection on the feminine, on what defines it and how to reclaim it.
The idea
is to create a manifesto of femininity in which the reappropriation of stereotypes becomes a new way of asserting oneself.
