"Clothes off the Body" was a collaborative project I worked on with a team of ten total students for the CSM jewelry project. The project began with Jim Hodge's sculpture "Craig's Closet" and built upon the idea of memorial value held in the clothes we wear. As the title of the project suggests, our
final outcome aimed to recontextualize clothes as object of significance even when not worn.
Across this project I was responsible for many things. I took an unofficial managerial role in the group as I was the one coordinating and delegating responsibilities for the project. I did most of the technical drawings and planning for the final look. I also made the pattern for the jacket as well as constructing the toiles and final jacket.
