Created during a guest semester, this project investigates the translation of organic structures into metal through traditional goldsmithing techniques. Using the sand casting process, I produced a series of rings in sterling silver based on a natural rose branch. The primary piece is a knuckle ring
; a reduced version isolates a single thorn on a minimal ring.
