Eyes on Talents is booming! As the leading digital platform connecting creative talents with innovative brands across fashion, design, beauty, wines & spirits, Jew. and lifestyle, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a freelance Talent Scouter to support this exciting momentum.
We need someone sharp, connected, and passionate to help us find the right creative talents for our client.
You’ll work closely with our international and dynamic team to scout exceptional profiles and contribute to the success of our talent partnerships.
Your missions
- Identify and source creative talents across disciplines (fashion, product design, image, art direction, etc.)
- Evaluate portfolios and creative potential with a sharp, strategic eye
- Match talents to client briefs and contribute to active recruitment missions
- Monitor creative scenes globally and enrich our talent pool
- Collaborate with the Talent and Client teams on specific scouting priorities
Your profile
- You have a strong background in or around the creative industries (fashion, design, creative direction, trend forecasting, talent scouting, or creative recruitment)
- You’re passionate about creativity and know how to spot it, across cultures, geographies, and disciplines
- You’re organised, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment
- You’re a strong communicator, comfortable in English (French/Italian are a plus)
- You’re excited to contribute to a purpose-driven company shaping the future of creative work
