Guillemette Jozan

Eyes on Talents member, Guillemette Jozan, graduated this year from the Institut Français de la Mode in Paris. She designed her MA collection inspired by the way we detach ourselves from all social tethers when we sleep. Spending time at home during the pandemic opened her eyes to the possibilities in loungewear and how it so easily adapted to daily life. Rather than hiding the body, she wanted to capture it in a moment of abandonment and vulnerability, expressed through soft wool, transparent panels and embroidered sketch-like figures.
Based in Paris, Guillemette Jozan obtained her BA in fashion design at the École de la Chambre Syndicale before graduating from the Institut Français de la Mode, and has now joined Hermès Ready-to-Wear Knitwear Studio.
