My home town of Ashby de la Zouch is like a lot of English towns now, a homogenuous folly of shops. You should expect your usual suspects; Costa, Greggs, Boots, Subway, Peacocks, Tesco’s, M&S and a lot of Charity shops.
In response I created a restaurant brand that challenges eating norms and ser
ves to educate the town of their local produce, local recipes and to show that British cooking is not just Fish & Chips.
